About Us
Partners Bryan Van Cott (Cornell Law School '96) and Reza Ebrahimi (Brooklyn Law School '05) represent clients of all sizes from New York City to the North and South Forks of Long Island.
As former partners in the largest firm based on the East End, they joined forces to build a new firm, Van Cott Ebrahimi P.C., that allows them to continue providing exceptional legal representation and service to businesses, entrepreneurs, and others, but with the goal of leveraging modern technology and efficiencies that only a small, boutique firm can offer for the ultimate benefit of its clients.
Van Cott Ebrahimi P.C. focuses its practice on business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters.
Business Law
With regard to business law, Van Cott Ebrahimi P.C. offers its clients counsel from formation through dissolution or other exit from a business. Services include, but are not limited to, entity selection and formation, entity governance, partnership, shareholder, and LLC operating agreements, general corporate counsel, employment law and compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, business succession planning, and the buying and selling of businesses whether through an asset purchase, stock purchase, or merger transaction.

With regard to real estate, Van Cott Ebrahimi P.C. represents clients in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters including buying, selling, mortgage-based financing, leasing, and landlord-tenant disputes.
